Personal fitness training is one on one or group services offered to clients to aid them in their fitness and wellness journey. In advocacy of my “no excuse” belief, I offer virtual and mobile services. This allows you to make your health a priority in your life. You will receive 30 or 60 mins worth of physical training catered to fit your needs with this service. I am committed to helping you achieve your goals by setting realistic goals and providing valuable feedback and accountability. Before your initial session, we will sit down and discuss your goals in-depth to ensure I have a clear understanding of your needs. I practice safe fitness practices for all clients therefore an initial consultation is mandatory.
